### Shipping Information

**Free shipping on every order.** No minimum, no threshold.

**Processing time:** Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

**Delivery time:** Orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

**Tracking:** You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

**Where we ship:** United States only at this time.

**The 90-day guarantee starts on delivery**, not on the day you order — so shipping time never eats into it.

**Wrong address?** Email hello@novari.vip within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before it ships. After that we may not be able to intercept the package.

**Package not arrived?** If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbours and your building first, then email us. If it's genuinely lost we'll replace it.
